Share your lymphoma experience
The Lymphoma Coalition 10th Global Patient Survey on Lymphoma & CLL is now open!
This is the only opportunity for the worldwide lymphoma and CLL community to share their insights and experiences. The results of the survey help to drive change both locally and globally, by improving patient experiences, shaping support and care, driving research and creating evidence-based policy.
The survey is conducted every two years - even if you did it before it is important to complete it again so that we can understand your changing priorities.
The more people in the UK that take part, the more information we have to inform our work and make sure we are meeting your needs. Anyone affected by lymphoma aged 18 and over, including carers, can take part. The survey is open until the end of March 2026. Thanks in advance for your input!
National Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Audit update
The National Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Audit (NNHLA) continues to provide data-driven guidance and recommendations to improve NHS cancer services. The second State of the Nation report, published autumn 2025, outlined four priorities:
- Reducing emergency diagnoses: organisations need to review pathways for referral and diagnosis to make them quicker and smoother, to reduce the number of emergency diagnoses.
- Faster treatment by reviewing causes of delays in starting treatment at hospitals: making sure people with high-grade NHL start systemic anti-cancer therapy within 62 days of being referred, and reducing delays in starting radiotherapy after systemic anti-cancer therapy, when it is needed.
- Improving access to clinical trials: understanding why some people are not enrolled in trials and helping to improve access.
- Better data: hospitals are being asked to improve their records, especially around diagnosis, treatment, and support.
Lymphoma Action are involved in the project, chairing the steering group and ensuring that the voice of people affected by NHL is heard. The Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Forum is chaired by a Lymphoma Action volunteer, and during 2025 we nominated another group of patient experts to join the forum. We are very grateful to these dedicated volunteers for their vital contributions to the audit team’s work.

- T-cell lymphomas. These are non-Hodgkin lymphomas that develop from T lymphocytes or T cells.
