Consider a Live your Life workshop
Have you recently finished or are about to finish treatment, or are you on active monitoring? The aim of our Live your Life workshop is for you to share your experiences in a safe environment with people who understand. We want you to come away feeling connected, empowered and supported to manage your condition and regain a sense of control over your life.
Our free peer-led, self-management workshops are run in-person and online. Don’t miss your chance to meet, share, and chat to others with similar experiences, ask questions to the clinical nurse specialist and learn what to look out for. The day is relaxed, includes refreshments and lunch (in-person workshops), and you are welcome to bring someone with you. You can register to attend any of our workshops, even if it is not in your area.
These relaxed and informal workshops look at:
- understanding lymphoma
- staying active and eating well
- emotional wellbeing
- sources of help and support.
“ Definitely attend. You leave the course knowing that you are not on your own and there are people out there, of all ages, who understand. And knowing that what you are feeling is normal and that things will get better.
A workshop attendee
“ Every workshop is different and generates a feeling of belonging in a community of people who ‘get it’. As facilitators, we are warm and welcoming, and we do ‘get it’
Lou, workshop facilitator
