New self-management tools

We have launched three new self-management tools to help people manage their condition. Designed with input from service users and Clinical Nurse Specialist colleagues, we hope they will empower you to manage your condition by understanding more about possible symptoms, side effects and late effects.

Symptom tracker

Use this A5 diary to keep a note of any symptoms you are experiencing and use it when having conversations with your healthcare team. It can help identify symptoms that are improving, those that are staying the same or getting worse and might help to see when treatment might be necessary.

Proud to uphold PIF TICK quality mark

PIF TICK is the UK’s only independently assessed quality mark for printed and digital health and care information.

Lymphoma Action gained accreditation with the PIF TICK quality mark in 2022 and has recently undergone a rigorous annual assessment. We are delighted to continue to uphold our quality mark, meaning the information you read in our books and web pages is produced to the highest possible standards.

PIF TICK was introduced by the Patient Information Forum (PIF) as a way of helping people easily identify information as evidence-based, up-to-date and easy to use and understand. Look out for the logo on our information materials.

"With so much health information out there, it can be hard to know what to trust. When you see the PIF TICK, you know information is trusted, evidence-based and easy to use and understand.
Patient Information Forum, 2026
"We especially want to thank the healthcare professionals and lay reviewers who make it possible for us to produce our information.
Anne Hook, Publications Manager, Lymphoma Action
