Gift Aid
If you are a British taxpayer, don’t forget that you can boost your donation by 25% by signing up to Gift Aid. We can even claim Gift Aid on donations from collections now, such as those run in your workplace or at an event. So do think about Gift Aid next time you are donating or fundraising for us. Matched funding
Many businesses have charitable schemes that offer ‘matched funding’ for charities that are close to their employees’ hearts. If your employer has a scheme and you’re able to nominate Lymphoma Action for a matched donation you could see your total raised double!
Donate tax-free through your payroll
Payroll Giving is a scheme that enables employees to give to any charity straight from their gross salary (before tax is deducted) and receive immediate tax relief. So, if you are an employer or business owner, this scheme is a great way to boost staff morale and give something back, at very little expense to you as a business.
