Connect with others at our support meetings

If you are looking for mutual support from others with a similar experience of lymphoma, our Online Support Meetings might be for you.

They provide a safe, confidential place where people can share their thoughts and feelings, gain insight from others, and get support and information.

We have a range of monthly meetings, covering a range of different lymphoma experiences, from diagnosis through to remission and beyond. Our Newly Diagnosed Programme offers four weekly information and support meetings for those diagnosed in recent weeks. We also have specific meetings for family, friends and carers.

Meetings are facilitated by Lymphoma Action staff, sometimes alongside trained volunteer facilitators. They are hosted on zoom and last an hour, giving time for everyone to share their experience and feelings about life with lymphoma.

You can find days and times, eligibility criteria and a link to the registration form on our website.
