One of our community

Welcome to your latest edition of Lymphoma Matters.

Filled with personal stories, medical articles and news about all the ways in which our community has supported us.

Shortly before going to print, we heard the very sad news that our Patron, Lord Menzies Campbell, had died. Involved with us for nearly two decades, Lord Campbell was kind and supportive and very much saw himself as one of our community of volunteers. He will be greatly missed by everyone at the Charity, and we’ve included a piece reflecting on his role as our Patron and celebrating his contribution on page 6.

We know that this time of year, when we are already looking forward to Christmas and a busy festive season, can be difficult for some of us, especially for those who have lost someone, are worried about their health or anxious about the future. From our Facebook Support Group to our Helpline Services, we are here to provide emotional support.

With the generosity of our community, and the support of our volunteers, we are continually improving and developing these services so that no one has to face lymphoma alone.
